Makarasana Crocodile
The crocodile is an expert at lying in the sand, relaxing and breathing. Imagine you are lying in warm sand, the sun is hot on your back and all your muscles are relaxing. Your belly is moving quietly as you breathe out and breathe in. Don’t pay attention to any thoughts. For a moment, just pay attention to your belly press gently into the sand when you breathe in and let your whole body go soft as you breathe out. Let go of any worries as you breathe out, the sun warm on your soft back, your whole body relaxed in the sand.
